Help us celebrate 100 years of radio in Australia Logo
  • WHAT DOES RADIO MEAN TO YOU?

It’s been almost 100 years since Australia’s first official radio broadcast. As a medium, radio has proven itself to be resilient, adaptable and profoundly influential, shaping the culture of our country and the soundtrack of our lives.

As radio celebrates its first century, we want to know what it means to you. Drop us a message or a voice note below to share your most prized radio memories, whether it’s a moment, a station, a show, a host, a jingle, a specific broadcast, or a song that haunted the airwaves for an entire summer.

We’ll be sharing your responses on our website, newsletters and social media channels from 23 November.
